The perfect brow… I can’t stress enough the importance of having the correct brow shape. The unfortunate truth is, it can either make or break your face. Your eyebrows are the picture frame of your face. Having the correct shape can take years off your face. Filling them in with brow powder instead of eye shadow, and using a good quality brow brush like our Define It brush, is important.
Last but not least, having your brows done professionally is key. There is a method to the madness, so make sure you find a reliable artist. Most often word of mouth plays an important role in finding that perfect stylist, or look around you, take note of the brows you most admire, and ask for a reference. More than likely, the same name will consistently come up, confirming that is the person for you.
If you are unable to see a professional, follow these key tips, and stay true to my saying, “one brow does not fit all”, your brows are for your face shape, so stay natural.
Tip #1: When tweezing between the brows, do not tweeze past the center of your nostril. By doing so, can make your nose look wider.
Tip #2: The highest point of the arch should end at the end of your iris, and the brow should end at the outside of your eye.
Tip #3: Final step, fill in with brow powder. This will create a polished look.

How to Wear Red Lipstick
One of this falls biggest trends, red lipstick. A universal classic that will never go out of style. Many women assume they can’t wear it when in fact they can. Finding the right tone and shade is key, and here’s how:
1. The softer the rest of the face, the more of a polished pop you will achieve. Go light on the eyes and blush. I usually wear it with eyeliner, mascara, and just a little blush on the apple of my cheeks.
2. Line your lips and fill them in just a bit with the liner to help keep the color from bleeding.
3. Using a lip brush to apply red lipstick will also help it stay put and give you the cleanest application.
Picking the Right Shade
1. Women with a pink undertone should gravitate towards the plums.
2. The most flattering for women with a yellow undertone are warmer reds with a brown base.
Once again, seeing a professional make-up artist to help you find your perfect shade takes the guess work out and ensures your perfect match.
