Success is on the other side of convenience…but the rewards are worth it. Just ask Freda Ansara.

Five years ago this 29 year old entrepreneur was opening the door to her up-scale cosmetic boutique, not to mention opening doors to a life she could only dream.

As a child, Freda was known as a mischief; stealing her mother’s make-up in an attempt to paint the neighborhood boys and girls from head to toe.  As the years passed, Freda began to take the idea of cosmetics a little more seriously.

She was intrigued and compelled by the idea that with a little practice she could not only help people feel better about going on a first date, but she could also delve into a career where she would love going to work everyday.

At 18, Miss Ansara received her esthetics degree and began freelancing as a makeup artist. Traveling around the country on her clients’ behalf, Freda quickly grabbed a chunk of the market and was known as an up-and-coming fashionista with a natural eye for beauty and skin.

Women from Los Angeles to New York had to get their hands on this young lady! She was highly regarded as a protégé for wedding parties, so it wasn’t uncommon for her to be flying across the country on very short notice to please as many brides as possible. And let’s face it, who wouldn’t want a proven makeup artist with an incredibly soft touch and soothing voice doing the finishing touches moments before they walk down the aisle!

At the age of 24, Freda had six years of professional eyebrow design and customized skin care experience, on top of being one of the most sought after makeup artists for nearly a decade.  There was nothing left for her to accomplish in freelance, so she put her energy in to making her next goal a reality;  Faces by Freda and Freda Cosmetics.

Today, the young business owner has hit nearly every goal she has set out to meet, and within moments of meeting her it becomes apparent that she will let nothing get in her way of success, even inconvenience.

“The sky is the limit to where I can go. I will always be setting new goals and reaching to achieve them.”
